Good morning! According to the clock on my computer, it is 3:56 a.m. I am making this post – and trying to make it quick because I need to get showered and out of here to join Eric at Roseville Meats for the last broadcast of Hogue in the Morning on KTKZ and the Real Estate Minute. I can’t tell you how many times I wondered how long such a great experience like doing the Real Estate Minute would last. I always knew that Eric with his incredible talent would one day move on to bigger and better opportunities. That time has come and while I am thrilled for him, I am going to miss our morning chat. Now, understand I am not going to miss getting up around 4:30-5:00 a.m. each morning and trying to figure out what to say – or even more challenging how to condense a huge topic into a minute. The most challenging thing about the Real Estate Minute was that it was every day and my life centered around being phone connected each morning at 6:15 a.m. with a decent phone line.
